Hi, my name is Alesia, and I would like to warmly welcome you to my page! I was born and raised in Ottawa to Middle Eastern parents, who gave me the opportunity to learn and fluently speak English, French, Arabic and Spanish. As a single mother to two wonderful boys, I proudly serve as the Vice President of their school's Parent Council and happily share the benefits of TaeKwon-Do with my two future Black Belts.

With an extensive background in social work, women equity, anti-racism, I actively promote reaching new heights and empower my clients to excel in various areas of their life through powerful group and private coaching, based on their wants and needs, in the following categories: Leadership; Employment; Relationships; and Family. And in July 2023, I received my Coaching Certificate to ensure I had the educational knowledge to combine with my impactful lived experience to embark on the journey of ALL IN Coaching.

I would best describe my Coaching practice as client-centric, trauma-informed, with a [generous] sprinkle of empathetic tough love. I strive to meet my clients where they are at and to adjust to their needs, whether individually or organizationally, in order to have the most positive and long-lasting impact possible. And being a single mother, I have a deep devotion to empowering other women.

My passion also includes offering Key Notes and showcasing my skills as Master of Ceremonies for several corporate events, notably related to awards ceremonies, mental health awareness discussions and launch celebrations.
